Erin specializes in working with sellers to educate them on what buyers want to see in a property listing and how to accommodate their interests with the existing furnishings.
Occupied Staging service options can range from simply providing a listing floorplan to a full staging & styling package utilizing your furnishings. Erin even offers rental staging kits for bedding & bath linens to help with simplifying spaces for photos and walk throughs!
With every consultation, Erin will provide a staging check-list as a guide to keep track of milestones & easily-forgotten tasks, plus offer tips in preparation to list and sell your property. Erin will also create a photo-inventory of your furnishings and, if appropriate, provide a list of suggested furnishings to add within the spaces to round out the design.
